This degree programme imparts business management knowledge and prepares students for the special requirements of global finance and operational management.
Students are sensitised to current developments in the financial sector and develop an understanding of the complex interrelationships of markets.
Most of the time must be invested in self-study and e-learning elements. Classroom teaching takes place on Saturdays. Together, this guarantees a high-quality and application-oriented degree programme. Your study content
The part-time Bachelor’s degree program provides fundamental knowledge in business administration, including cost and performance accounting, corporate taxation, controlling, and much more. A distinctive feature of the program is the inclusion of two key modules - Business Ethics and Business English - taught over the course of three semesters.
As a graduate of the BWL-FM program, you will achieve the following learning outcomes:
• You will be comprehensively qualified in business administration and possess sector-specific additional qualifications for roles in finance-oriented companies.
• You will have a critical understanding, based on the latest knowledge, of business relationships in (finance-oriented) markets. This expertise enables you to effectively handle application-oriented tasks within a company.
• You will have a solid foundation in business administration, with a particular focus on sector-specific knowledge for operational tasks in financial management.

What you need to bring along
- General or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification
- Alternatively: entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or a qualification recognised as equivalent in the course of vocational qualification
- Proof of proficiency in the German language equivalent to reference level C1 or higher as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). All degree programmes are taught in German.
Application process
The application period for the admission admission-free bachelor’s degree programmes for the coming summer term begins on 01. December 2025 and ends on 15. March 2026. Applications can be submitted only online via our application portal.
