Six Sigma process and quality management

Implementation of problem- and action-orientated TQM/Six Sigma project management in a realistic factory environment with direct access to production processes and key figures. As an interface between teaching and practice, hybrid forms of knowledge production that combine basic research, experimental developments and academic teaching: Industry 4.0, resource-efficient production, manufacturing execution systems, hybrid assembly systems, human-machine interfaces.
