Stefanie Gundel studied Economics with a focus on Marketing and Corporate Cooperation at the universities of Münster, Rome, and Halifax. She earned her doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) with a thesis on success factors of networks in healthcare. After working in industry for an international pharmaceutical wholesaler in Mannheim, she became self-employed and also founded a platform for female entrepreneurs and business founders.

Her particular interest lies in the field of Entrepreneurship. She is especially passionate about the iterative development and expansion of successful products and business models.

At HRW, she works as an Academic Associate and lectures on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. In her lectures, she places special emphasis on solid foundational knowledge and practical relevance. Her students benefit from her academic experience, extensive practical expertise, and a network spanning politics and business.
